The Umpqua Community College Foundation invites you to join us in celebrating the seasons of education.  Early in life we discover the basics of life.  As we enter into young adulthood we blossom into who we are as individuals.  In our middle and later years we develop talents to offer the world and how to refine those talents.  Throughout all those seasons of life we embrace various forms of education...formal and informal.  The seasons of life and education are both worth celebrating.  We hope you will join us for an evening to savor all the knowledge you have gained over time and support the students at UCC as they are embracing their educational path.

Each year our event has sold out!  This year's gala will feature the Four Seasons with a cocktail hour, dinner, entertainment, live auction and after-party.  Attire for the event is black tie for the gentlemen and formal gown in your favorite color for the ladies.  With such beautiful attire we will have a room representing all the seasonal colors of a year!

The Foundation's support has enabled students to learn new skills, earn technical certificates, complete two-year associate's degrees and be prepared to pursue the remainder of their undergraduate studies at a college or university.  These students come from all walks of life and share one belief - that education can change and improve their lives.  UCC donors provide more than financial support.  For many students receiving scholarships, it means that someone believes in them enough to provide them with the financial resources to complete their educational goals.

The UCC Foundation is also proud of the many projects and programs that we have been able to support!  The continued growth of our college is an important part of educational opportunities offered for our students.
